Yann Rousseau joined BARNES International in early 2016.

Originally from France, he grew up in Paris but now considers Bordeaux and Arcachon as his family roots. He obtained three masters in environmental engineering (ENTPE Lyon), environmental economics (Imperial College London), and wine and spirits management (Bordeaux Ecole de Management / KEDGE). He has lived in more than a dozen cities, in six countries spread over three continents (France, Seychelles, United Kingdom, Italy, Burkina Faso, USA), and speaks fluent English and Spanish.

After several years in humanitarian and development (United Nations, French diplomacy, Seychellois government, private sector,…), he crossed the Atlantic to follow his wife, originally from Miami. They settled there in 2013, first in Brickell, where he began his career as a real estate consultant.

Radiating for the moment from Fort Lauderdale, Yann mainly focuses on residential and rental investments. His scientific training allows him to analyze in detail any investment opportunity, and detach himself from the simple appearances or the attractiveness of the surroundings.

Its clientele is made up of a clever mix of French-speaking (France, Belgium, Switzerland, Canada,…), American, Caribbean (Cuba, Puerto-Rico, Haiti, Jamaica,…) and South American (Argentina, Colombia, Venezuela) customers. ,…). He supports his clients for modest rentals such as prestigious properties, purchases on plans, and strategic acquisitions (portfolio diversification, added value, etc.). For him, it is a question of assisting each client, whatever their budget, whatever their intentions, so that they can accomplish their real estate project with confidence and confidence. Yann inscribes his customer relationship in the long term, for a tenant who will become an owner then an investor.

It serves the three counties of Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach, as well as beyond depending on demand.
