In 2018, the number of UHNWIs will exceed <strong>318\u00a0000<\/strong> and the value of accumulated wealth could reach <strong>46,300 billion<\/strong> in <strong>2020<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">The interests of wealthy buyers for prestige property<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The report puts forward three engines that guide the real estate choices of these ultra-rich: the share of emotion, the financial aspect and practical reasons.
