Born in France and having lived in Paris, Antwerp, and Geneva before settling in Miami with his wife and twin daughters, Matthieu Tarac brings a decidedly international perspective to luxury real estate. Founder of The CARAT Group within BARNES International Realty Miami, he combines over eight years of real estate experience with more than two decades in the diamond and luxury industry, including collaborations with some of the world's most prestigious High Jewelry Houses.
Specializing in international relocation, waterfront properties, and new developments, he advises discerning clients looking to settle or invest in South Florida, with a particular focus on the Coconut Grove and Coral Gables neighborhoods, while also covering all of Miami-Dade.
