Patricia Haggerty is a real estate professional distinguished by her international perspective and people-centered approach. Having grown up between Chicago and New York, she offers an innate understanding of luxury markets and is committed to providing her clients with an exceptional experience. She graduated with highest honors (summa cum laude) at the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California (USC), where she was also a member of the cross-country and track and field team.

During her years at USC, Patricia broadened her international horizons by studying at ESADE Business School in Barcelona during her third year. She also developed a strong and extensive network through her involvement with the Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority.

Patricia began her career in private equity at CVC Secondary Partners, where she developed a strong analytical foundation working on complex, multi-million dollar transactions. She has since applied this expertise to the real estate sector, gaining extensive experience in New York and the Hamptons, where she advises discerning clients in highly competitive markets.

Outside of her professional activities, Patricia has traveled extensively, driven by her passion for surfing; she has spent considerable time in Indonesia, Sri Lanka, and Portugal, immersing herself in an international community. These experiences, combined with her professional background, have shaped her refined and open-minded perspective on the South Florida luxury real estate market.
