Sébastien Studer has been in the real estate business for the past fifteen years, during which Mr. Studer has fulfilled the positions of investor, real estate property manager, real estate sales associate and most recently real estate broker. Sébastien began his real estate career in Paris where successfully from the years of 2000 to 2010 he developed real estate assets and profits for his clients and himself. He continued his investment carrier internationally in Africa and in USA. In 2008 Sébastien arrived in USA to take advantage of the real estate market for his Europeans clients. In 2009 Sébastien decided to settle down in Miami where he believed in the advantage of the real estate market and joined Urbaniza Realty and Real Estate of Miami. In 2010, Sébastien has joined the prestigious One Sotheby’s International Realty and in 2011 Sébastien has set up his own real estate brokerage called Habitamiami LLC. During this period, Sebastien developed, invested, and operated real estate’s opportunities in Miami area. In 2020 Sebastien has successfully developed his Real Estate experience & portfolio in Brazil.

Sébastien received his training from various schools throughout France and Miami. His degrees include an undergraduate degree in sciences from University of technology Paris XI, an engineering degree from Centre for Higher Studies in Industrial Techniques and a real estate broker license from the State of Florida.

Sébastien is originally from Paris, France. He has lived in Germany, Africa, Quebec, Texas, Brazil and has been living in Miami, Florida since 2008. He enjoys world travel and completed 2 world tours in 2000 and 2016 and holds a French certification in tennis and snowboarding. He is a FAA certified pilot and a FFESSM certified SCUBA diver.
